  • Brew to Brew is a really fun race! Or at least it has the potential to be.

      • 1. Everyone's attitude is really great! People are very positive at this event.
      • 2. It is a great cause.
      • 3. You feel very accomplished when you are finished!

      • 1. There are no "goodiebags" or perks to running the race other than having done it. You don't get a tshirt or sticker or anything. The race fee is fairly inexpensive ($25 plus a $10 donation to the cystic fibrosis foundation) but other races that cost that much give you at least a tshirt. There are tshirts available but you have to pay extra for them. Because the aid stations are designated for solo runners only and there is no post race food you wonder what your race entry fee goes to?
      • 2. The post race food is nonexistent unless you want to pay for it. You would think with the variety of sponsors and number of people running the race they would at least have bananas or bagels post race.
      • 3. The finish line was anticlimactic. It was crowded and unorganized. Teams just ran 44 miles, let's pick up the excitement a little!!
      • 4. The course info for the cars was really poor! We got lost a couple times trying to follow the hand drawn maps. They provided google maps on the website but without printing them out/using a smart phone you wouldn't have access to them. I think they could have marked the drive and run course better.
